At Bloom Hair Atelier, our trichology consultations are professional, structured, and time-focused to ensure the highest standard of care.

Booking Your Consultation

• Trichology consultations are held on Wednesdays only
• Appointments must be booked in advance
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable

Arrival & Timing

• Please arrive on time
• A 15-minute grace period applies
• Arrivals over 30 minutes late will need to be rescheduled

Rescheduling & No-Shows

• One reschedule is permitted within 2 weeks of your original date
• Missed appointments or failure to reschedule within this window results in loss of the consultation fee

What Your Consultation Includes

• Professional scalp and hair assessment
• Diagnostic images (shared with you if needed)
• A written consultation report with recommendations

Consultations are time-bound and do not include ongoing advice outside the appointment.

Images & Privacy

During your consultation, we may take scalp or hair images for assessment.

These images:

• Are kept confidential
• May be used anonymously for education or training
• Will never show your face or identify you

Reports

Your written consultation report will be sent within 48 hours.
