To do this well — especially during busy periods — we ask all clients to follow the guidelines below when booking and attending appointments.

Confirming your style in advance helps us:

• Prepare properly for your appointment
• Avoid delays and long waiting times
• Respect the time of other clients and our team
• Deliver high-quality results consistently

2. Confirming Your Style Before Your Appointment

When booking, we’ll ask you to confirm:

• The exact style or service you want
• A reference picture of the style (where possible)
• Whether you’ll bring your own hair/extensions or purchase from Bloom

This helps us book the correct time and assign the right stylist or technician.

If you don’t have a picture

That’s okay.
Our team may show you reference photos in the salon to help you decide but the style must still be confirmed within the consultation time (see below).

3. Consultation Time on the Day of Appointment

When you arrive:

• Your booked style will be reconfirmed
• If you’re undecided, we allow up to 15 minutes for consultation

If you’re still unsure after 15 minutes, we may need to:

• Adjust the service (e.g. wash & treatment only), or
• Reschedule your appointment to another available time

This helps keep the day running smoothly for everyone.

4. Clients Unsure What to Book

If you’re unsure of the exact style but know the general direction:

• We may book you into a “Not Sure What to Book” slot
• Final style selection must still fit within the booked time

If the style you choose on the day of your appointment requires more time than booked, we’ll suggest suitable alternatives or rescheduling.

5. Hair, Extensions & Products

Before your service begins, please ensure:

• You have all required hair/extensions if you’re bringing your own
• The hair type and colour are suitable for the chosen style

If required items are missing, we may:

• Offer available options in the salon
• Switch to a different service
• Reschedule your appointment

6. Repeated Indecision or Last-Minute Changes

To ensure fairness and efficiency:

• Repeated last-minute style changes or arriving unprepared may require a mandatory pre-appointment consultation for future bookings

This helps us serve you better and avoid rushed or compromised results.
