LATE ARRIVAL, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At Bloom Hair Atelier, we operate on a carefully planned schedule to ensure every client receives focused, high-quality service in a calm and professional environment. This policy helps protect your experience, our team’s time, and the smooth running of the salon.
1. Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time
Arriving on time allows us to carry out your consultation properly and deliver your service without rushing or compromising quality.
If you arrive late:
0–15 minutes late
- Your service can usually proceed as planned.
- Your consultation time may be shortened to keep the schedule running smoothly.
15–29 minutes late
- Your service may need to be shortened or modified, depending on the time remaining.
- This ensures safety and fairness to other clients booked after you.
30 minutes late or more
- If you’ve contacted us in advance, we’ll do our best to:
- Offer a shortened service (subject to staff availability, safety and feasibility), or
- Reschedule you for the next available slot.
- If there is no prior communication, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and cancelled.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.
- Same-day cancellations should be avoided where possible.
- Repeated late cancellations may result in:
- A required deposit for future bookings
- Limited access to peak appointment times
These measures help us manage the salon fairly for all clients.
3. No-Show Policy
An appointment may be recorded as a no-show if:
- You arrive 30 minutes or more late without notice, or
- You do not attend your appointment and do not contact us in advance
Repeated no-shows may lead to:
- Mandatory deposits for future bookings
- Restrictions on booking peak periods
- In rare cases, refusal of future appointments
Any restrictions are reviewed carefully and applied fairly.
