BOOKING & APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY POLICY
At Bloom Hair Atelier, we operate a structured booking system to ensure every client receives quality care in a calm and professional environment.
1. Advance Booking Is Recommended
To secure your preferred date, time, and service, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for:
- Weekends (Thursday to Sunday)
- Peak periods
- Speciality Treatments and long services
Same-day and walk-in appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or for longer services.
2. Appointment Availability
Appointments are confirmed based on:
- Available time slots
- Service duration
- Technician availability
If we are fully booked, we’ll be happy to:
- Offer the next available appointment
- Add you to a waitlist if appropriate
Additions & Same-Day Service Requests
To ensure fair scheduling, service quality, and a calm salon environment:
- All appointments are scheduled based on the specific services selected at the time of booking.
- Additional services requested on the day of the appointment are subject to availability and may not be accommodated.
- Same-day add-ons depend on:
- Available time within the booked slot
- Technician availability
- Impact on other scheduled clients
Where additional services cannot be accommodated, clients may be offered:
- A future booking for the additional service, or
- Placement on a waitlist (where appropriate)
Please note:
- Same-day add-ons are not guaranteed, even if the client arrives early.
- Requests for additional services must not compromise the quality, safety, or timing of other booked appointments.
This approach ensures fairness to all clients and allows our team to deliver services to Bloom Hair Atelier’s expected standard.
3. Walk-Ins
Walk-in appointments are welcome only when availability allows. Booked clients are always prioritised.
4. Peak Periods
During busy periods (such as weekends and holidays), appointment slots fill quickly.
To avoid disappointment, we encourage early booking.
5. Waitlists
If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join our waitlist.
Please note that waitlist appointments are not guaranteed and depend on cancellations or schedule changes.
6. Public Holidays & Closures
Salon closures or reduced hours will be communicated in advance via Whatsapp status and Instagram and reflected in our booking system.
