We're hiring a Finance Manager.
Bloom Hair Atelier is a trichology-led hair and scalp atelier in Ikoyi; a clinical practice, technical hairdressing and a growing retail range, serving clients seven days a week with a growing team.
We're at an inflection point. New services, new capability, and a clear plan for where this business goes next. What we need now is someone to build the finance function that a company at this stage deserves.
This is full ownership. Management accounts, cash flow, margin analysis that actually shapes pricing, compliance that never slips. You'll report directly to the Managing Director, a chartered accountant, and you'll have real influence over commercial decisions not just report on them afterwards.
It's not a bookkeeping role. It's the chance to build something and own it.

WE ARE HIRING A CLIENT SERVICES LEAD
To lead our front desk team and take ownership of the client experience; from the first enquiry to the final rebooking at Lagos’ trichology-led hair atelier.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
📌 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing role — preferably in beauty, hospitality or wellness
📌 Experience leading or supervising a small team
📌 Strong computer skills, with confidence using booking software, spreadsheets and email
📌 Excellent attention to detail and accurate data management
📌 Confident managing appointments, schedules and booking systems
📌 Calm and organised under pressure, with a genuine ability to connect with people and deliver excellent service
LOCATION REQUIREMENT
Must live in Ikoyi, Victoria Island or Lekki Phase 1.
WORK SCHEDULE
5 days a week, including weekends
One full weekend off every 4 weeks
